PENTINGNYA APOLOGETIKA DALAM PELAYANAN MISI

Abstract

Everyone is an individual who always think, pass an opinion, and try to hold that opinion. Preparing of thinking starts from potential domain to the empirical reality or definition of axioms which is reflected in empirical language.

Apologetics is a preparation of thinking used to explain or understand a theoretical and conceptional scheme. Apologetics preparation is empirical ratio which obtain a reasonable description.

Due to a mission, apologetics tries to explain that mission preparation doesn’t only have a single meaning, yet complex. Mission plan, basically related to micro and macro cosmic system asserted by holy Bible. It is not only about preaching gospel, yet a ministry which establish God’s peace as well, due to interpersonal relation and world-wide connection. God’s peace is not rational manipulation result, but an implementation of faith practice at everyday life which based on biblical assumption.

Mission plan possesses a description which aim to reasoning, so it takes to understand mission ministry rational-epistemologic. Apologetics tried to explain mission plan assumptions for better understanding. Further, mission ministry could be understood as personal sending-forth to bring God’s peace or “syalom” not fraction.

The act of apologetics is needed to understand mission concept, even important for Christian belief system. Apologetics plan gives conceptual scheme (connecting to mission ministry) of which source is holy Bible. Apologetics plan becomes a reason to understand mission ministry not as a single meaning (preach gospel) otherwise complex, holistic and related one another in mission frame.

Following apologetics plan to explain mission ministry and related matters, so may to conclude  that apologetics system is very important for church ministry mission to bring peace to all God’s creatures.
